Spiceda Davis is a Certified Public Accountant, Founder and CEO of eXFinancial, Inc. A graduate of Florida State University, she holds CPA license in Florida and Georgia. During her over 13 year career in public accounting, mostly with Big 4 accounting firms auditing and advising Fortune 500 and Middle Market companies, she gained a passion and discovered a unique formula she now shares with her clients, "business sense + number power = profit". Maximizing value and developing financial infrastructure for small business is her passion, as she applies her Merger and Acquisition business acumen to small business practice. Katrina J Kiselinchev, MBA, CPA, CFE CFF a Certified Public Accountant,Founder and CEO of Inclusivitie has extensive experience in consulting, project management, finance, accounting, and marketing. A graduate of Georgia State University, she also has a Certified Fraud Examiner License, Certified Financial Forensic License, Master's of Business Administration with a Specialization in Management and Bachelor of Arts in English. She has worked in various industries and for sizable companies including, but not limited to, Energy, Retail, Banking, Services, Non-Profits, and Entertainment, ConocoPhillips, Victoria’s Secret, First Community Credit Union, Aquilex, FuelQuest, Sony, and various other firms. In addition, Ms. Kiselinchev applied for The Apprentice TV Show in 2004, and was selected as a Creative Consultant from 1.2 million applicants for Mark Burnett Productions. Melissa Preston, CPA has over 15 years of public accounting experience in audit and tax. Ms. Preston has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia Southern University. She has worked for the Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte Touche as a Senior Consultant. In this role she worked with Fortune 500 companies to manage their SOX Compliance and develop Business Process efficiencies. She has performed audit work for Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport Development Program's Rental Car Facility development project. Ms. Preston has extensive experience in auditing non-public companies, government entities, non-profits, and companies receiving funds from the Federal Government. In her accounting advisory role she also assisted a County Development Authority with the collection of annual bond fees, accounting for bond issuances, and tracking operating expenses. Further, Ms. Preston is a member of the AICPA , NCWE Board Member, and Metro Atlanta Chamber Member.
